I didn't update yesterday, I'm not quite sure why, might have something to do with my forgetfulness.
Anyway, I've put myself on an all fruit and veg diet for the next two weeks, and I'll see what happens, it should work... I think (in fact, I did lose 1KG in one day :D )
I've gotten quite a bit of painting done too, mainly on my guard, and made a version of myself for Jase's Crew Men log on Ammobunker.
Apart from that I've been talking to Tim, Chris and Joel for the past two days, as Mark and Steve appear to have died.
